Get clear on what actually matters this year, in the numbers and in the life behind them. Not everything. The things that move the needle.
Where you are is your call, and so is where you go next. Circumstances are real. Excuses are optional.
Growth costs something. If it’s comfortable, it probably isn’t working. The room doesn’t let you stay comfortable when you shouldn’t be.
Build the actual path. Measure it. Course-correct when reality disagrees with the plan. Strategy isn’t a document — it’s something you check against.
